Great Music - Close To Home
The Rappahannock Choral Society, Inc., (RCS) is an audition-only regional chorus whose mission is to provide quality, enjoyable musical entertainment and education through concerts and selected singing opportunities.
Community
The RCS brings great music to the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County Community. In 2023 we have sung at Jubilation, PorchFest, Gari Melcher's Arts After Hours and the Fred Nats.
Scholarships
Each year, the RCS awards the Anne E. Parker Scholarship in the amount of $1500 to a graduating senior pursuing a post high school music education.
The RCS will be performing their 2024 holiday concert, "Glorious Lights of the Season" on Saturday, December 7th at 7:00pm and Sunday, December 8th at 3:00pm.

The concert will be held at Salem Baptist Church, 4044 Plank Road, Fredericksburg. Note that this is a change of location from our previous concert locations.
The RCS performed their Spring 2024 concert on Saturday, June 8th and Sunday, June 9th.
